Social Media Management FAQs

How many platforms do you manage?

Social Lite and Social Plus include up to 2 platforms. Social Pro includes up to 3 platforms. Common combinations include Instagram and Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, or Instagram and LinkedIn. Additional platforms can be added if needed.

Do you manage every platform?

We typically recommend starting with the platforms that make the most sense for your audience and capacity. For many brands, that may be Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Substack, Threads or a combination.

Do you respond to comments and DMs?

Light engagement guidance is included (recommendations for how frequently you should be engaging), but full comment and DM management is not automatically included in every package. Because every business has different communication needs, deeper community management can be added as an additional service.

Do you film reels and TikToks?

Yes. Social Plus and Social Pro include on-site content capture for short-form video. This can include b-roll, talking head clips, behind-the-scenes moments, product or service footage, and personality-driven content.

Do you create Canva graphics?

Yes! Canva graphics are included as part of social content creation when they support your content calendar. This may include educational posts, quote graphics, promotional graphics, announcements, simple carousels, or branded story graphics.

Can we review posts before they go live?

Absolutely! We use a planning and approval process with Rella so you can review content before it is published. This helps keep everything aligned while still keeping the process simple and efficient.

How far in advance is content planned?

Most content is planned monthly, with room for timely posts, launches, events, trends, or updates as needed. We aim to keep your content organized without making it feel stiff or outdated.

Do you follow trends?

Yes, but we are selective. We pay attention to trends, platform shifts, and content patterns, but we do not chase every viral sound or copy what everyone else is doing. The goal is content that feels current while still making sense for your brand.

How long do we need to work together to see results?

Social media works best with consistency. We recommend committing to at least 3 months so there is enough time to create content, test messaging, observe performance, and refine the approach.
