Yes! Professional photo and video can be added to social media management packages when you need more polished assets beyond monthly iPhone content creation.
Are studio rental fees included?
Studio rental fees are not automatically included unless stated in your proposal. If a studio is needed, we can help source options and include the rental cost in your final quote.
Do you provide raw iPhone footage?
Yes, raw iPhone BTS clips may be included in the Photo + Video + iPhone BTS package or added to other packages. This gives you extra content to use for stories, reels, future posts, or launch content.
What phone do you use for BTS content?
For BTS content, we use iPhone 17 Pro as well as a DJI mini camera to capture high-quality vertical clips, behind-the-scenes moments, detail shots, process footage, and social-first content.
Do you provide raw professional photo or video files?
Raw professional photo and video files are not automatically included. Edited final deliverables are included based on your package. If raw files are needed for a specific commercial or production purpose, that can be discussed before booking.
How long does a session usually take?
Photo-only sessions may range from 1–3 hours depending on the scope. Video-only or photo + video sessions may require a half-day or full-day depending on the number of deliverables, locations, and production needs.
